Job Summary

  • You will be crucial in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle and aligning the local leadership team in the deployment of the Company People Strategy.
  • Effectively monitor and manage Personnel costs and local organizational design, Recruit, select and onboard Technogym talent.
  • Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador and trusted advisor, providing best in-class HR business partner support to local leadership.
