Provide technical assistance for Ingersoll Rand products on client sites and/or within the workshop, acting as a technical expert.
Ensure installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of products at customer premises or in the service workshop, while also promoting services.
Collect anomalies, establish action plans, and participate in monitoring and solving problems encountered during product manufacture.
