Base: £32,495.32 rising to £35,367.80; Bonus/Equity: overtime and shift premiums may be available - a typical experienced Fitter working overtime and shifts can earn over £40,000 per annum; Benefits: 260 hours paid holiday p/a, EAP, Life Assurance, Pension match
