This position directs and coordinates activities through subordinate team leads and other team members, driving overall store performance through effective supervision, communication, and coordination of the team.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategy for achieving operational goals, managing workforce productivity, and ensuring compliance with sales, safety, and security practices.
