Must-have
Forklift and slip sheet operation
Yard truck and box truck driving
Material movement transactions in SAP/Apriso
General warehouse shipping and receiving
Safety compliance and hazard elimination
Use of load sheets and trailer operations
Nice-to-have
Good interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills including SAP, Excel, Word
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Training new associates
Attention to quality and clerical activities
Participation in safety and environmental programs
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification within 3 months
Ability to operate yard truck and box truck within 3 months
Valid driver’s license
CDL preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
