Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years of experience in Life Sciences
Hands-on Lean Six Sigma methodology application
Cross-functional process optimization leadership
Process mapping and root-cause analysis expertise
Change management and stakeholder influence skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of regulatory processes and systems
Experience with digital workflow tools or automation
Advanced degree in Life Sciences preferred
Ability to facilitate workshops for senior leaders
