Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to support and coordinate all aspects of an event from conception to execution.
This can include collaborating in developing concepts and ideas for the event, aiding operations, content, speaker management, registration, directing staff and coordinating technical and production aspects.
Key responsibilities include supporting all event planning and production meetings, managing presenters, and assisting with all aspects of event production, logistics, and vendor management.
