Job Summary

• Ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with warehouse leaders and associates, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through one-on-one coaching, training on policy and procedures, assisting in problem resolution when required, and leading by example.

Salary

Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus up to 15% of base salary; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, employee stock purchase plan, life insurance

Key Requirements

• Minimum five years warehouse supervision experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
• Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HACCP
