The Retail Keyholder assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities, providing outstanding guest service experiences within a sales culture that utilizes GameStop's buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model.
Responsibilities include processing guest purchases and returns, promoting loyalty programs, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, completing Omni-Channel orders, and safeguarding company assets through inventory control and loss prevention.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
