The Senior Principal Engineer will provide automation support for operating areas and capital projects with a primary focus on Instrumentation and Control Hardware at the Lilly Medicine Foundry.
This role requires deep expertise in DeltaV DCS and Rockwell Allen Bradley PLCs to lead project delivery, commissioning, and qualification phases expected between 2026 and 2028.
Candidates must possess a minimum B.S. in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in Biopharma engineering and demonstrated initiative in highly automated Greenfield facilities.

Salary
Base: $66,000 - $171,600; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for company bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and paid time off

Key Requirements
Minimum B.S. in Engineering
