Job Summary

  • Archiving all documents and records in electronic database and as hardcopy according to procedures.
  • Making necessary organizations for domestic or international meetings on behalf of department managers and to coordinate logistics operations for all department meetings.
  • Carrying out department’s procurement processes in relation with Procurement Department; to collect offers, to deliver purchased materials and necessary info to right contacts, and to keep records in an accurate way; in line with procedures.
