Archiving all documents and records in electronic database and as hardcopy according to procedures.
Making necessary organizations for domestic or international meetings on behalf of department managers and to coordinate logistics operations for all department meetings.
Carrying out department’s procurement processes in relation with Procurement Department; to collect offers, to deliver purchased materials and necessary info to right contacts, and to keep records in an accurate way; in line with procedures.
