Job Summary
This is a key role responsible for Engineering Operations in Singapore, to drive JLL’s Critical Environment Management best practices across accounts in Singapore.
The role will also be required to support in developing new Engineering products and services, that respond to market requirements and changing dynamics and that will lead to successful business results for JLL in delivering Engineering Services.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience
Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree
Integrated Facilities Management experience
Data centre operation and maintenance experience preferred
Leading/managing a large, complex team
Project and contract management skills
Proficient in Building Management Systems, HVAC, Life Safety Systems, CMMS
