Must-have

  • Analyzing and reproducing software bugs
  • Experience with logging and monitoring tools
  • Proficient in SQL and PowerShell
  • Technical analysis of API calls
  • Fluent English communication
  • On-site presence 2 days per week

Nice-to-have

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
  • Team player with independent investigation skills
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch and French

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Datadog, Splunk, or Sentry
  • Solid understanding of JSON and HTTP API flows
  • Basic knowledge of Dutch and French languages
