Job Summary

  • The key function of the Asset Management team is to execute the asset level investment strategies across both Multifamily and Student Accommodation sectors, delivering performance targets in line with the Business Plan.
  • The Manager plays a lead role in the operational implementation of Greystar’s investment strategies, supporting the development and implementation of business plans and practices that achieve investment and operating goals of the portfolio.
  • Based in our Frankfurt, Germany office the role will initially be responsible for portfolios/assets in the DACH region with exposure to our flagship Pan-European Fund.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
