Job Summary
The role holder will maintain and deliver on strategic plans to be the leading Bank in the Seychelles with priorities centred on weaving customer centricity and sustainability into daily activities.
Principal responsibilities include the management and delivery of all daily support functions for Payments and Non-Core Payment Operations to ensure approved SLAs and scorecards are met.
Key duties involve vetting and authorization of customer instructions and vouchers, handling enquiries, processing claims, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
