Job Summary

  • The role holder will maintain and deliver on strategic plans to be the leading Bank in the Seychelles with priorities centred on weaving customer centricity and sustainability into daily activities.
  • Principal responsibilities include the management and delivery of all daily support functions for Payments and Non-Core Payment Operations to ensure approved SLAs and scorecards are met.
  • Key duties involve vetting and authorization of customer instructions and vouchers, handling enquiries, processing claims, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
