Key Requirements
Current Georgia RN or LPN license
Graduate of accredited nursing school
Minimum 2 years nursing experience
Valid Georgia driver’s license
Reliable transportation and auto insurance
Knowledge of Medicare Certified Hospice Program preferred

Must have valid Georgia nursing license and driver’s license
