Job Summary

  • The Regional Maintenance Trainer develops and implements company-approved training content for heavy duty equipment technicians, identifying training needs and preparing comprehensive material for maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Responsibilities include providing regional technical support and training for over 45 tractor/trailer maintenance facility locations, coordinating and conducting training programs, and serving as a technical subject matter expert.

Key Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Applied knowledge of heavy duty mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with FMCSA, DOT, CVSA, OSHA, EPA, CARB, TMC regulations
  • Technical/Mechanical experience with major manufacturers
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting technical concepts
  • Proficient use of technology and diagnostic software
  • Experience in curriculum development and technical writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Working knowledge of business applications and enterprise solutions
  • Learning Management System experience
