Job Summary

• As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in successfully designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients, responsible for designing, configuring, customizing, and implementing ServiceNow applications to meet specific client business requirements.
• Your responsibilities include solution discovery and design, technical implementation, data migration, integration management, technical documentation, testing and quality assurance, user training, change management, incident and problem resolution, security and compliance, continuous learning, and mentorship.
• This role is contingent upon a contract award and requires US Citizenship, the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance, and residency within the United States.
