The Legal Analyst supports the Legal Department by providing analytical, administrative, and project-based assistance to attorneys across corporate, fund, and real estate matters.
This role partners closely with the General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and other legal team members to help manage legal documentation, support transactions and compliance activities, and ensure the efficient operation of the legal function.
The Legal Analyst plays a key role in maintaining organization, accuracy, and responsiveness across a broad range of legal initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
