Job Summary

  • This position is accountable for managing the customer and government relationships in part of North and Northwest China, with responsibility for tonnage asset management and customer interface, and responsible for the profit & loss for the appointed assets.
  • The candidate is responsible for the general management of assets assigned, profit & loss control, timely customer payments, contract execution, and highlighting monthly performance with action plans.
  • The role involves overall customer engagement, contract negotiations, relationship management, working closely with operations for site optimization, developing plant operation budgets, and leading government interface for various business needs.
