Job Summary

• The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping services for the College Park Campus' 70+ residence halls, Greek chapter houses, and recreational facilities.
• The Plumbing Specialist performs specialty and/or complex plumbing and pipe-fitting work, including inspections, maintenance, repair, and some installation of piping systems.
• This position may require the incumbent to engage in sustained physical activity and may require working in hazardous or irritating environments, un-air-conditioned spaces, and adverse weather or temperature conditions.
