Job Summary
The team provides patient care and supportive services directed towards achievement of positive patient care outcomes, maximizing the patient’s involvement in his/her own plan of care and reducing the length of hospitalization.
This role will function as a clinical nurse and student educator, who divides their time between providing direct patient care, leading nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team, supervising student patient care delivery, and teaching and evaluating nursing techniques of students.
This position is composed of approximately 67% direct nursing responsibilities and 33% clinical instruction for nursing students.
