Key Requirements

  • Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
  • Extensive knowledge of P.I.E.C.E.S.TM
  • Extensive knowledge of Gentle Persuasive Approach
  • Extensive knowledge of Montessori
  • 2-4 years of experience in long-term care
  • Experience with dementia, delirium, mental health, addictions
  • Commitment to Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) program
