  • Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers
  • Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations
  • Educate patients family members in rehabilitative care
  • Accurately document observations using touch pad tablet

Nice-to-have

  • Prior home care experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal organizational and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience with electronic medical records EMR
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care plan with nursing

Key Requirements

  • Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum one year recent work experience as OT
  • Graduation from accredited occupational therapy program
