Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations
Educate patients family members in rehabilitative care
Accurately document observations using touch pad tablet
Nice-to-have
Prior home care experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal organizational and problem solving skills
Prior experience with electronic medical records EMR
Participate in multidisciplinary care plan with nursing
Key Requirements
Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license
Minimum one year recent work experience as OT
Graduation from accredited occupational therapy program
