  • The Director manages financial forecasting, staffing, and budgeting while ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives and hiring, managing, and developing an effective upstream portfolio team.
  • Key responsibilities include driving the strategic planning process, designing portfolio strategies, ensuring alignment across functions, building business cases for new products, and managing product obsolescence.
