This role partners with the Business Process Owner to design and govern end-to-end PO, B2B, and Invoicing processes as part of Haleon's Enterprise Transformation Programme enabled by SAP S/4HANA.
The successful candidate will lead discovery workshops, define 'to-be' process flows, and drive process governance to ensure measurable business value and user-centric outcomes.

Must-have
15+ years end-to-end PO and invoicing experience
Global process design in SAP S/4HANA transformation
Strong process mapping with BPMN or Visio
Cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Data-driven KPI definition and performance monitoring
Nice-to-have
Experience in Consumer Health or FMCG sectors
Professional accounting qualification (ACA/CPA)
Lean methodology and automation tools expertise
Change leadership and training content development
