Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director.
Assist residents with daily functions including personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and mobility, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
