Must-have
2+ years medical equipment support experience
Formal clinical equipment manufacturer training
Expertise in Windows and Unix operating systems
Working knowledge of HL7 and DICOM protocols
TCP/IP networking standards understanding

Project management experience preferred
Networking and security certifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
HIPAA and ePHI security knowledge
Strong collaboration with IT departments
Key Requirements
