The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) is seeking a Senior Manager of Institutional Giving to drive fundraising efforts through institutional donors, with a commitment to social justice. Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager of Institutional Giving is responsible for identifying, stewarding and securing funding from institutional donors, such as private foundations and corporations.
  • Manage a staff of three using SMARTIE (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timescale, Inclusion and Equitable) objectives and provide coaching and mentorship to support the work.
  • This is an exempt role and the minimum starting salary is $129,129 annually.
