Job Summary

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in developing policies and quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
This role involves providing direct nursing care, managing personnel functions including staffing and training, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and participating in staff development and continuing education.
