  • Cisco IP desk phones and voicemail systems
  • Remote troubleshooting and ticket queue management

  • Experience supporting manufacturing and engineering companies
  • Mac hardware and OS X support experience
  • Enterprise iOS device management skills
  • CAD and Solidworks engineering design tools knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 0-3 years of relevant IT support experience
  • Preferred certifications: MOS, MCTS, A+, ACMT, ITIL V3
