Responsible for region-wide detailed solution deployment planning, preparation, readiness, and cutover activities to ensure successful app deployment and adoption across origins.
Key responsibilities include developing adoption plans, engaging origin leaders, leading UAT, coordinating deployments, managing readiness, training, communications, hypercare, and ensuring data quality.
This role offers truly global influence within the region and acts as an ambassador for digital adoption, including rationalization of unauthorized apps.
