Job Summary

  • The Policy & Compliance Director leads the development, review, and implementation of Exchange policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
  • This role serves as the primary liaison with CMS and the Legal team, overseeing compliance, risk management, and program integrity activities including federally required audits.
  • The position may be eligible for telework after initial training and offers benefits as provided by the State of Oklahoma.

Key Requirements

  • Background check clearance required
