Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing all B2B sales activities within a specific territory, requiring regular consultative contact with every account to grow sales and obtain new customers.
Key responsibilities include achieving quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals, directing sales activities through team coordination, and developing/increasing merchandise, equipment, and service sales via customer business reviews.
The role requires actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and planning/implementing strategies using company programs and tools to increase market share.
