Must-have

Leadership experience in warehouse operations
Ability to read blueprints and part drawings

Knowledge of Kanban and VMI inventory systems

Strong problem-solving skills using root cause analysis
Experience with statistical process control
Proven success in reducing supply chain costs
Ability to travel up to 10 percent
