Job Summary

  • The Field Technical Trainer role will focus on training, mentoring and developing field employees and providing support and feedback to employees and leadership.
  • Field Technical Trainers will drive operational excellence through continuous improvement by building partnerships with Operations leadership/management teams and completing needs assessments.
  • Promote a safe work environment by actively participating in all aspects of employee safety program and support our interdependent safety culture by ensuring the safety of co-workers.

  • 1+ years of experience in natural gas industry
  • Experience delivering effective coaching techniques
  • Familiarity with State/Federal gas pipeline regulations
  • Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire
  • 3+ years of experience in natural gas industry
  • Knowledge of maintenance and operating procedures
  • Working knowledge of PC applications/skills
  • 5+ years of experience in natural gas industry
  • Extensive experience in delivering effective training/coaching
  • Advanced knowledge of PC applications/skills
  • 9+ years of experience in natural gas industry
  • Expert understanding of adult learning methods
  • Advanced understanding of State/Federal gas pipeline regulations
  • Demonstrated proficiency of PC applications/skills
