Job Summary

  • Conduct deployment of Tour Guides and Tour Ambassadors at the start of each shift and delegate tasks in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure proper staffing and breaks are given to Tour staff as required and provide exceptional customer service to visitors.
  • Learn and deliver the SoFi Stadium Tour according to the operating guideline to Guests in groups of various size ranges.
