Job Summary
This position functions to coordinate all aspects of patients' pharmaceutical needs at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
The role requires screening for drug-drug, drug-herb/dietary supplement, drug-allergy, drug-food, drug-disease state, and drug-laboratory interactions to ensure safety.
The pharmacist must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served while overseeing technicians and student teaching.
