This position will plan and develop engaging content for CSG’s software products and applications for clients and internal end users and system administrators from around the world.

We are looking for candidates who have minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a technical writer and proven experience with content development tools like MadCap Flare.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a technical writer
Experience writing and designing technical documentation for software applications in an agile environment
Proven experience with content development tools (MadCap Flare)
Experience creating and editing instructional videos and designing infographics (e.g., Camtasia)
Exposure to Wiki (Confluence) usage
Exposure to software management platforms (Azure DevOps)
