The Global Maintenance Standards Lead is responsible for defining, harmonizing, and continuously improving maintenance standards, practices, and work processes across all CSL Behring sites.
This role sets the global framework for maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, and spare parts and CMMS standards, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assets.
The position partners with site and regional leaders to drive consistency, build capability, and embed maintenance excellence practices that support CSL’s patient-focused mission and Core Values.

Key Requirements

Experience leading cross-functional and cross-site initiatives
