This position will follow all safety and work procedures to stock parts in correct locations, visually inspect parts and components, wind condensers, assemble/disassemble/clan molds, load/unload clamping machines, prepare epoxy, monitor casting processes, operate curing ovens, assemble flanges and terminals, extrude silicone sheds, prepare bushings for testing, transport bushings to test and perform visual inspections

Job Summary

  • This position will follow all safety and work procedures to stock parts in correct locations, visually inspect parts and components, wind condensers, assemble/disassemble/clan molds, load/unload clamping machines, prepare epoxy, monitor casting processes, operate curing ovens, assemble flanges and terminals, extrude silicone sheds, prepare bushings for testing, transport bushings to test and perform visual inspections.
  • Manufacturing condenser bushings to meet internal procedures, specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.
  • Must be able to work within a team structure with minimal supervision on routine tasks – additional direction as needed for non-standard assignments.

Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • One year manufacturing assembly experience
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude
  • Able to wear steel toe shoes and safety glasses
  • Able to wear gloves
  • Able to wear powered air purifying respirator (PAPR)
