The Quality Manager is responsible for managing, implementing, and facilitating Quality Assurance, ISO, and Continuous Improvement programs within the plant.
This role oversees inspection, testing, nonconformance processes, third‑party audits, and the Quality Management System while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams to drive quality excellence.

Key Requirements
BS degree in Quality Assurance or related field preferred
Experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge of TL 9000 and ISO 9001 standards
Knowledge of UL, CSA, IEEE, ICEA standards preferred
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in noisy and high-temperature environments
