Job Summary

  • Direct the daily operational activities of the Microbiology and Molecular departments; both the technical and non-technical operations.
  • Ensure the diagnostics laboratory provides market leading service levels, meeting the needs of our clients and corporate service metrics established for TAT.
  • This position offers a $15,000 sign on bonus. (External candidates only)

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological science
  • 5 years or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
  • Florida Clinical Supervisor Licensure in Microbiology and Molecular
  • 1 year or more of supervising or leading a team
  • 1 year or more of experience managing people leaders
