  • As the Principal Program Manager for the Innovation Track, you will own the end-to-end design, maintenance, and operationalization of this key track within Workday’s Partner Program.
  • Key responsibilities include leading the design and rollout of our next generation Innovation Track, including the buildout of Workday’s Agent Partner Network, Workday Data Cloud, and consumption-based partner monetization models.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $150,900 USD - $226,300 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $254,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years progressive work experience
  • 3+ years building and managing partner programs
  • Experience with ERP and HR systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com
  • MBA a plus
