Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active CPA license required
  • Big 4 audit experience 4-6 years
  • ASC 606 revenue recognition expertise
  • ERP migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite
  • Multi-state payroll tax compliance management

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Stripe or Marqeta reconciliation
  • Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or BI tools
  • Background in marketplace or fintech lending
  • Experience managing hybrid onshore/offshore teams

Key Requirements

  • Active CPA license
  • 10+ years progressive accounting experience
  • 3+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller
  • Big 4 firm background
  • Proven ERP implementation track record
