Job Summary
The Customer Care Administrator is responsible for managing the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process for the UK & Ireland Applied HVAC business.
Act as the primary post-sale point of contact, the role ensures accurate order processing, effective coordination with Carrier factories and third-party suppliers, proactive customer communication, and support throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Competitive base salary, up to £7,500 bonus per annum, 25 Days Holiday + bank holidays, company pension scheme, and career progression opportunities are offered.
