  • Perform routine tests, rounds, and data analysis to ensure proper functioning of fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, and emergency backup systems.
  • Install and repair plumbing/piping/tubing; wire single and three-phase motors; run conduit; install and rebuild pumps, motors, and air compressors; replace bearings, seals, and filters.
