Job Summary

  • The Senior Manager, Leadership & Learning plays a key role in shaping, governing, delivering and facilitating OTPP’s enterprise leadership and learning strategy.
  • This role provides enterprise level leadership to core programs such as Teachers’ Academy, onboarding, and leadership development, with direct responsibility for the facilitation and delivery of workshops, leadership programs, and learning experiences.
  • The role partners closely with the Talent COE to provide strategic direction and advisory oversight, executing initiatives that build leadership capability, foster career development, and enable business performance within client groups.
