This role is accountable for defining and delivering the strategic roadmap for Help to Buy with a strong emphasis on automation to streamline manual processes.
You will partner with cross-functional teams including government stakeholders, risk, legal, operations and technology to manage dependencies and deliver compliant outcomes.
The team holds end-to-end accountability for the Help to Buy customer and operational experience, spanning product strategy, process design, automation, governance and performance.
