Manage a team of 30-40 employees in a machine shop setting and work with the Manufacturing Manager to develop Value Stream Improvement Plans.
Identify and measure short and long-term team goals, use established standard work documents to assure utilization and efficiency, and hire new employees and evaluate existing personnel.

Salary
